PEMF Research 2021-2023
We are excited to share the latest updates from our company – Swiss Bionic Solutions, dedicated to providing top-of-the-line Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy medical devices. As a company operating in the healthcare and wellness industry, we understand the critical importance of complying with stringent regulations to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products, and aligning with scientific PEMF research.
Under the new MDR 2017/745 medical device regulation, manufacturers are required to uphold the highest standards of quality management and demonstrate ongoing clinical follow-up. We take these obligations seriously and continually strive to exceed expectations in delivering innovative PEMF therapy solutions to medical professionals, wellness practitioners and home users alike.
In line with our commitment to excellence, we have conducted comprehensive research from 2021 to 2023, exploring the scientific landscape surrounding PEMF therapy. The results are remarkable and reflect the growing interest and recognition of PEMF as a powerful therapeutic modality.
By carefully evaluating reputable databases such as Pubmed and Livivo, encompassing sources like Medline and Base, we have observed a substantial increase in published studies and scientific reports on PEMF. Our analysis using the search terms “PEMF” and “Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields” has yielded compelling results:
Pubmed: 148 hits for PEMF, 154 hits for Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields
Livivo: 191 hits for PEMF, 157 hits for Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields
After meticulous review, removing duplicates, and aligning the studies with the performance data of our PEMF systems, we have arrived at the following significant findings:
Pubmed: 52 unique hits
Livivo: 18 unique hits
All of these studies focus exclusively on in vivo research, encompassing clinical trials, pilot studies, meta-analyses, reviews, and case studies. We have intentionally excluded animal studies to provide a comprehensive overview of the human-specific research in the field.
This surge in scientific interest is a testament to the promising potential and clinical relevance of PEMF therapy. We are dedicated to remaining at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field, leveraging the latest scientific insights to continuously enhance the effectiveness and versatility of our Omnium1 2.0 and iMRS Prime PEMF systems!
We will keep you updated as more and more PEMF research comes to the forefront in the coming years.
