For much of my adult life, I struggled with mysterious, recurring health challenges that affected nearly every part of my daily life. There were times I felt like I was living in a fog—physically exhausted, emotionally drained, and unable to make sense of what my body was going through.

The journey to reclaiming my energy and vitality was anything but linear. I tried countless methods over the years—everything from specialized diets and herbal supplements to various self-care protocols. Some helped a little, others left me feeling more depleted than before. At times, the process felt overwhelming, and honestly, I wondered if I would ever feel like myself again.

Then something shifted.
